Grada joined the GJCRM team in March 2014 in the role of Office Manager. Grada has over 20 years’ experience in leadership, Human Resources and management and is extremely passionate about the customer experience and service delivery of all projects and contracts. Grada has come from the telecommunications area prior to joining the GJCRM team. She is a member of the management team at GJCRM.
